Returns and Refund Policy

Last updated: 1st December 2024.

Thank you for shopping at Liber. We value your trust in our digital products and strive to provide resources that empower you to reach your full potential. To maintain fairness and clarity, we have outlined our Returns and Refunds policy below. Please read carefully to understand your rights and obligations when making a purchase from Liber.

all sales are final

As all of our products are digital, **all sales are final**. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This policy is in place due to the nature of digital goods, where products cannot be “returned” or reclaimed after they have been downloaded.

editing and format requests

While we do not offer refunds, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any errors in the product (such as formatting issues or broken files), please contact us at [insert contact details], and we will be happy to provide an edited version of the product to correct any mistakes.

In the event that the format provided does not meet your needs, you can request a different format (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPG, Excel). Please contact us with your **receipt of purchase** and specific requirements, and we will assist in getting you the correct format, if possible.

All our digital products come with a Private Use Only License. This means the content is intended for your personal use, and redistribution, resale, or any commercial use of the product is strictly prohibited.
